Print screen on the wall
Mashgh-e Shab is a large-scale print screen on a wall consisting of Seventy-two attempts to print the same screen over and over again. The screen is a text which is a part of a poem by Rumi, a 13th-century Persian poet, jurist, Islamic scholar, theologian, and Sufi mystic. By looking into Persian poetry and literature, Parkas is looking for her roots and this poem, which is about being lost and searching for home, resembles that.
